Home Specifications

Budget plays a big part of determining what items can be put into a home.  Vantage Pointe Homes offers two different types of home building specifications—Standard Home and Simply Vantage.  During the sales stage, the general wants and needs will be discussed to determine which specification to use in pricing a new home.

Our Standard Home Specifications is our mid-level starting point.  With these specifications, the customer can either upgrade or downgrade each specific item if needed.  This would be the starting point for repeat buyers, empty nesters or acreage owners. The Simply Vantage Specifications are our entry-level starting point.  With these specifications, the customer has limited selection possibilities and few design upgrades.  This helps to reduce the cost of the home.  This would be the starting point for first-time homebuyers, move-to-town relocators or anyone on a tight budget.  Using the Simply Vantage Specifications with a pre-designed plan is the best budget cost savings combination we offer.  Click here to review the Simply Vantage Specifications.

Standard Site Prep Specifications

Our homes must be put on a foundation, either a full basement or crawl-space.  The customer has the option to make their own arrangements or have us complete the site prep work.  Click here to review the Standard Site Prep specifications.   If the customer would like to add the Site Prep work to the estimate, this is called a “Turn-Key” project.  We will complete everything from grading to gutters, faucets to foundation.
